I’m sure you’ve been seeing the company SHEIN pop up on your ads or feeds lately, and if you’re like me, you keep thinking, “How can clothes this nice, be SO cheap?!” I’m here to let you know I made a $200 order (NOT SPONSORED – WITH MY OWN MONEY!) to test different products and let you know if A) Was it was worth it? and B) Was the quality/sizing any good? I genuinely was curious, as I loved the look of their clothing and styles! PS. I live in Canada! SIZING INFO
For reference, I’m 5’4″ and nothing was too long or too short. I’m usually a small in tops and a 4/6 in bottoms! I got a Small in everything except the two skirts and two sheer long sleeved tops. I ordered a medium in both skirts according to reviews and am glad I did! I ordered an extra small in both the white and black long-sleeved sheer tops and they fit perfect! Everything seemed very true to size, but be sure to read the reviews before placing your order!
SHIPPING OPTIONS / FEES / DUTIES
There is an express shipping option and a standard shipping option.
They offer free standard shipping over $65!
I got charged $30 worth of duties on a $200 purchase because they offered me free express shipping with my order, however in the fine print which I realized after it stated I could be charged duties. My friends have purchased using the standard shipping and were not charged duties at all. Definitely wait the extra few days and select standard shipping so you don’t get hit with any extra fees.
WOULD I BUY FROM SHEIN AGAIN?
Overall, YES! I was so impressed with the quality of the clothes for the inexpensive price. I will definitely purchase from SHEIN again, as I think it’s completely worth it for their unique clothing and styles. I definitely don’t need new clothes for a while after this purchase, but I am SO happy with all of it!
