We’ve been ✨hibernating✨ this winter. ⁣

Not sure if it’s because of covid, working from home, or the cold but honestly we barely leave the house. Went on a hike last weekend and felt amazing to really get outside and move our bodies. Maybe it’s just a winter funk but got any tips to have more energy/motivation these days?? Lemme hear ‘em 👇🏼🤍

If 2020 has taught us anything it’s that we are not invincible, none of us are in full control of our lives, and true happiness comes from slowing down & being with people that matter most. ⁣
⁣
This is just a friendly reminder that as the new year begins, change will not happen overnight, but it is coming. Good things are coming, and I can’t wait to see what 2021 has in store for us all 💓 ⁣

The grounds have such a variety of choices from the beautiful architecture of the actual buildings, to the stunning landscape with trees & waterfront, there are endless possibilities! We always used to go on field trips as kids into the castle which is even more gorgeous inside (& we used to always get cookies at the end of the tour from their wood oven, where my hamiltonians at that remember this?! 🙋🏻‍♀️)⁣⁣

People have asked me before why we go out and take random photos to “create content” on our page and what the point of it is?⁣
⁣
My #1 answer to that every single time is the memories Shawn and I have made together while going out and adventuring will be something I cherish forever🤍 For us, discovering awesome new places we’ve never been before and taking a few fun photos while doing it will never feel like a chore, it’s a hobby. It’s fun and good for the soul.💫 We’ve visited so many cool places together (even locally) that we would have visited anyway, so why not share it with the world to inspire them to get out there!⁣
